How to Make Roasted Frozen Cauliflower
To make this mouthwatering roasted frozen cauliflower, all you need is one bag of frozen cauliflower. If you’re feeding more than 2-3 people, simply double the recipe. Trust me, you’ll regret not making more.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and place the cauliflower on a nonstick sheet pan. Make sure not to thaw the cauliflower before cooking. Keeping it frozen allows us to achieve the perfect texture and those irresistibly crispy edges.
Next, generously coat the top of the cauliflower with olive oil cooking spray. I find that using cooking spray ensures that everything is well coated. No need to stir, just evenly sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the cauliflower.
Now, pop the cauliflower into the preheated oven and let it cook for 15 minutes without touching it. This will give the edges a chance to crisp up. After 15 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and give the cauliflower a stir. Lightly spray the cauliflower with olive oil cooking spray again, and this time, sprinkle powdered parmesan cheese on top.
Roast for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is nicely browned with crispy parmesan edges. The recipe itself is simple, but the method is what takes this cauliflower dish to the next level.
A Perfect Solution for Busy Nights
