When it comes to brunch, I used to be all about the sweet. From pancakes to waffles to syrup-slathered French toast, my go-to options were always the sugar-filled dishes. However, lately, I’ve found myself gravitating towards savory selections, savoring the flavors in a whole new way.
A Flavorful Combination: Caramelized Onions and Nutty Cheese
This quiche tantalizes your taste buds with the perfect combination of golden brown caramelized onions and melty, nutty cheese. The Roth Grand Cru Alpine-style cheese adds a mild nuttiness that complements the richness of the quiche, without overpowering the other flavors.
