- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 15 cl oil
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 small shallot
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp thick cream
- Salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Place the egg yolk in a bowl. Whisk and gradually pour in the oil, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens. Add the vinegar, cream, and sugar. Mix well.
- Peel and finely chop the shallot. Chop the chives. Add them to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Mix, taste, and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Homemade McChicken

Ingredients:
- 2 burger buns
- 1 chicken breast
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, pepper
- Deep-frying oil
- 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- Some slices of red onion
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Toast the buns in a toaster or in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C.
- Cut the chicken breast in half. Flatten them using a pan or a rolling pin. Beat the egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dip the chicken breasts in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs, again in the egg, and again in the breadcrumbs. Fry the chicken in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Peel and cut the onion into thin slices. Wash and take a few nice leaves of lettuce. Cut the lettuce into strips.

- 1 burger bun
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 Russian-style gherkin (Malossol)
- A few slices of onion
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 1 beef patty

- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Toast the bun in a toaster or in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C.

- 2 burger buns
- 2 pieces of cod
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 55 g butter
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2 slices of cheese
For the sauce:
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp chopped chives and parsley
- 1 tsp chopped gherkin
- 1 tsp chopped capers
- 1/2 chopped shallot
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the breadcrumbs and mix. Preheat the oven to 240°C. Coat the pieces of cod with breadcrumbs, place them in an ovenproof dish, and bake for about ten minutes, turning them halfway. Make sure the fish is well cooked and the breadcrumbs are slightly golden. Keep warm.
- Cut the buns in half. Toast the burger buns. Prepare the sauce.
- Place a bun on a plate, spread tartar sauce, add lettuce. Place the fish on top of the lettuce. Spread a little sauce on the top bun. Close the burger.

- 1/2 white onion
- 1 Russian-style gherkin (Malossol)
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 4 sesame seed burger buns
- 4 beef patties
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
Big Mac™ Sauce:
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tsp mild mustard
- 4 tsp relish
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Preparation:
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the gherkin into slices. Roughly chop the lettuce.
- Open the buns and remove the top part of 2 of them (save them for another recipe). Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
- Cook the beef patties in a pan over high heat. Set aside. In the same pan but over low heat, toast the buns with the crumb side down. Once the buns are nicely toasted, assemble the burger: – Place the bottom part of the bun

- 400 g special fries potatoes

- 1 tbsp oregano

- Vegetable frying oil
Preparation:
- Carefully wash the potatoes and cut them into 6 or 8 wedges, depending on their size.
- Preheat the deep fryer to 170°C.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl (except the flour). Mix well and add the potatoes. Mix again, then add the flour and mix once more.
- Cook the potatoes for 4 minutes and drain them on absorbent paper. Cook them for a second time: another 4 minutes at the same temperature.

- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp paprika
- Salt, pepper
- 200 g flour
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 1 whole egg
- 25 cl water

- Cut the chicken breast into nugget-shaped pieces. Sprinkle with paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Preheat the deep fryer to 170°C.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, breadcrumbs, egg, water, garlic powder, and seasoning. Mix with a whisk. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter, removing any excess, and immediately place them in the fryer for cooking.
- Fry the nuggets until golden brown, around 5 minutes. Once cooked, remove them from the fryer and place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper. Serve immediately.
Hot Fried Chicken Wings

- 1 kg chicken wings
- 75 ml buttermilk
- 75 ml water
- 3 tbsp spice mix
- Vegetable frying oil
Spice mix:
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch or potato starch
Preparation:
- Wash and clean the chicken wings if necessary, then drain. Cut them into three sections at the joints, removing the small wingtip. Set aside.
- Prepare the spice mix and mix well.
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl and add 3 teaspoons of the spice mix. Add the flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, the buttermilk, and the water. Mix until all the wings are coated with the marinade.
- Preheat the frying oil to 170°C. Deep-fry the chicken wings until golden brown on each side. Once golden, remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with absorbent paper.

- 1 garlic clove

- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 breaded chicken fillets
- 2 wheat tortillas
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2 fresh tomatoes

Preparation:
- Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of oil and cook the chicken fillets.

- 2 emmental cheese slices

- 150 g butter
- 130 g granulated sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g flour
- 3 eggs

- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Mix gently. Then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and mix. Finish with the sifted flour, hazelnuts, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and pour into a buttered mold.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven to 160°C and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally, leave the cake to rest for 10 minutes in the oven off. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.

- 30 cl heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 20 cl milk
- 100 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla bean
- Toppings: a handful of crushed peanuts

- Pour the cream and milk into a saucepan with the seeds from the vanilla bean. Bring to a boil.
- While the mixture is heating, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until the mixture turns pale. Pour the hot cream and milk slowly over the egg mixture, whisking continuously. Transfer everything back to the saucepan and cook the cream over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn until desired consistency (approximately 40 minutes). Alternatively, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6 hours, whisking every 30 minutes during the first 2 hours to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- Serve the sundaes in ramekins and add the strawberry syrup and crushed peanuts.
