And this Puff Pastry Vegetable Tart has quickly become our new favorite! With a buttery puff pastry crust, tangy goat cheese, and a medley of vegetables, each bite is bursting with flavor.
These vegetable and cheese tartlets are perfect for light lunches, game day snacks, or dinner parties. The recipe is easy to follow, requiring minimal effort, and can easily be scaled up to serve a crowd.
